Ground-Up Construction

Over 76% of our revenue comes from ground-up construction. Our Project Managers work together with our administration department to provide a seamless building process. Each project is assigned a Project Manager and Project Administrator to see the project through from project estimation to project completion allowing our team to better understand our clients needs. This approach allows our team the ability to focus on quality and take on a pro-active problem solving approach. Our construction amenities include:

  • A concise estimate process with options for value engineering to tailor to individual needs and budgets.
  • Upfront scheduling with weekly updates during construction to keep everyone involved and on track including owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Preparation of subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and schedule arrangements at the beginning of the project. This up-front notification reduces the need for schedule adjustment due to subcontractor availability.
  • Tracking changes to the original budget and RFI's is an ongoing process. The owner is updated weekly.
  • Dedicated on-site supervision for all construction activities.
  • Accurate project accounting including timely and well documented monthly billings and disbursements as well as lien waivers.
  • Timely close-out process including punch-list completion, warranty documentation and fulfilment, as-built drawings, MSDS documents and maintenance programs.
